AI Usage Monitor
You are deep in a task when the limit hits. AI Usage Monitor keeps three gauges in your toolbar (Claude’s 5-hour window, Claude’s weekly quota and Codex) so you always know how much runway you have, and when it comes back.
What it does
Claude Code and Codex both meter your usage over rolling windows, and the wall tends to appear at the worst moment. This extension turns that invisible meter into numbers you can plan around.
It reads the usage pages you are already signed in to, with no new login. You see the percentage used, the time to reset and your plan, and you can be nudged at 70, 80, 90 or 95 percent, and again when you are back in business.
How it works

Install it and make sure you are signed in to Claude and ChatGPT in Chrome.

Click the toolbar icon: your gauges, reset countdowns and plan are right there.

Turn on alerts to get a notification at the thresholds you choose, and again when a quota is back.
